The
good news: Crepes themselves are very healthy, made
from just eggs, milk, flour, water, and a touch of oil.
But the fillings make the crepe, so naturally, the Provence
(with butter, brown sugar, and Grand Marnier) is slightly
less healthy than the Mykonos (with feta cheese, tomatoes,
spinach, cucumber, kalamata olives, and tahini dressing).
